This coffee comes out of the Guji Zone in southern Ethiopia, where high elevation and careful natural processing build big flavor without losing balance. Grown by smallholder farmers in the Shakiso area, this lot is sun-dried whole fruit, letting the sugars soak deep into the bean before it ever hits the roaster.

In the cup, it leads with honeyed sweetness and black cherry forward notes, followed by a smooth, medium body. As it cools, cocoa nibs settle in on the back end, grounding the brightness and keeping things clean and steady. It’s expressive without being loud—sweet up front, structured through the finish.
