This naturally processed coffee showcases the sweetness and complexity that careful drying can bring to the cup. By allowing the coffee cherry to dry around the bean, natural processing enhances body and fruit character while preserving the coffee's inherent sweetness.

In the cup, rich chocolate lays the foundation, followed by smooth caramel sweetness and a lively citrus brightness that brings balance to every sip. The result is a full, layered coffee with a clean finish that's equally comforting and vibrant.

Roasted to perform well across drip, pour over, and espresso, this versatile coffee is built for everyday drinking while offering enough complexity to keep things interesting.
