Limu Kossa Estate is a family-owned farm in Ethiopia's Jimma region, led by Gidey Berhe Retta since 2000. Blending generations of agroforestry knowledge with modern coffee processing techniques, the estate produces exceptional coffees while maintaining a deep respect for the land.

Beyond coffee, Gidey is committed to investing in the surrounding community. Through projects that have helped build classrooms, establish washing stations, and provide disease-resistant coffee seedlings to local farmers, the estate continues to create opportunities for future generations. Known locally as Abba Ollie, or "the one who uplifts," Gidey's work reflects a dedication to both quality coffee and the people who grow it

In the cup, you'll find honey-like sweetness layered with juicy red grape and subtle floral aromatics that carry throughout the finish. The result is a clean, elegant coffee with a silky mouthfeel that's expressive without becoming overwhelming.
